My Philosophy of Education: Education is important because only a wise person can solve difficult problems. I believe that the future of our youth is contingent upon the quality of education instilled in each and every one of them. Children have their first teaching experience from their parents, but in some instances this task can be challenging. Therefore, the African proverb “It takes a village to raise a family” offers assistance to me in this instance. I have graciously become a servant to my community, by humbly offering my intellectual service and genuine compassion to enhance the world for our children. I became a teacher so that I could “Change Lives, One Mind at a Time!”
